Ingredients
1 lb 85% lean ground beef
1 container (7 ounces) diced yellow onion
2 tbs McCormick® original chili seasoning mix
1 can (28 ounces) fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can (15.5 ounces) dark red kidney beans
Directions

1. Heat large saucepot over medium-high heat. Add beef and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef is browned, breaking up beef with back of wooden spoon. Add seasoning mix; cook and stir 1 minute or until fragrant. Add tomatoes and beans with their juices; heat to a simmer. Reduce heat to low; cover, cook and stir 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Makes about 9 cups. Chef Tip: Customize this dish by swapping the beef with Perdue® ground turkey and/or the beans with cauliflower rice.
